The Gifts of Winter: A Quiet Day for Advent

Saturday 30th November, 10.30am-4pm,

Take time out, as Advent begins, to consider the blessings of the season of winter – bright frosty mornings, the robin’s song, the invitation to slow down and recoup our energies. If we enter fully into this season, it has much to show us about rest, resilience, faithfulness, mystery, and the God who is with us in the dark as much as in the light. 

The day will draw on a mixture of reflective approaches and creative material including art, poetry and music, and will include guided reflections and individual quiet time.
